Neil Clark Decorators was formed in 1988 by Neil Clark. Neil started his apprenticeship in 1983 soon after leaving school. Throughout the duration of his five year apprenticeship Neil also studied at Plymouth College of Art and Design taking the following City and Guilds of London Institute courses and examinations:
